Revitalizing our community, one opportunity at a time

Revitalizing Our Community Organization (ROC) is building a welcoming multi-floor community hub in Lee County Mississippi, where grade school children, adults, and returning citizens can find education, digital access, job preparation, and pathways forward—all under one roof.

Connected support for every stage of life

Too many communities face disconnected youth, underemployment, limited digital access, and barriers to successful reentry after incarceration. ROC brings essential resources together in one accessible place, helping people build skills, confidence, and meaningful futures.

Youth education zones

Dedicated learning spaces will help grade school children strengthen academic skills, discover their potential, and stay connected to positive support.

College and career readiness

Students and adults can prepare for college, training, and employment through practical guidance, career exploration, and goal-focused support.

Community Engagement

Reentry and emergency preparedness

ROC will support returning citizens with reentry services, employment connections, and real-world placement while providing two large garage bays for emergency response vehicle staging.

A community hub built for opportunity

ROC is a new personal organization with a clear purpose: create a centralized facility that responds to the realities facing our neighbors. By uniting youth education, career readiness, computer access, reentry support, job placement, and emergency preparedness, we aim to reduce recidivism, address underemployment, and help reconnect young people to opportunity.

One building, stronger connections

Our planned multi-floor facility is designed to bring people and resources together. Whether someone needs a safe place to learn, technology to pursue a job, support after incarceration, or a pathway toward a new career, ROC will be ready to help.

A shared hub for education, technology, and preparedness is an investment in Lee County's future.”
